PART 4 - SIDEWALKS AND PEDESTRIAN PATHS
SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL FROM SIDEWALKS
Section:
26      All persons owning or occupying premises in the Village, shall clear away and remove all snow, ice, dirt, and other obstructions from the sidewalk situated on land adjoining the property owned or occupied by them within forty-eight (48) hours of the time that such snow ice, dirt or other obstruction was deposited thereon.
27      The Village may after the expiration of the forty-eight (48) hours aforesaid, remove and clear away all snow, ice, dirt, and other obstructions required to be removed by Section 26 and then charge the expenses thereof to the owner or occupant.  In the event of non-payment within thirty (30) days of the expenses, such expenses shall be charged against the property as a special assessment to be recovered in a like manner as other taxes.

4)        SIDEWALKS
            a) A person shall maintain any sidewalk adjacent to the land they own or occupy clear of all snow, ice and vegetation.

10)        ROADWAYS
             b) A person shall not place any debris on a roadway including, but not limited to:
                 i) Excessive grass clippings;
                 ii) Yard debris;
                 iii) Branches;
                 iv) Snow.
